Privacy first: what a P2P platform may ask you for
Which information a trustworthy P2P processing platform needs from a trader, what it must never ask for, and how to keep your banking access safe.

In P2P operations, security is not something to think about later — it has to be part of the process from the first message. The principle behind it is simple: collect only the information that is genuinely required for verification and for the work itself.
What is asked, and why
Only the information needed for:
- Onboarding — to set up your dashboard and working chats
- Compliance — to verify who you are working with
- Transaction processing — to connect your approved accounts and route orders to them
Nothing unrelated, and nothing without a clear purpose.
What is never asked
- Passwords to your bank accounts or payment apps
- OTP codes
- Net banking logins or other private banking credentials
- Personal information that has nothing to do with the work
Nobody who works with you legitimately needs your password or OTP code. Treat anyone who asks for them as a scam — even if they say they are from a platform, a bank or support.
How access is handled
- Access to trader data is limited to authorised team members
- Transactions go through an organised workflow, not through one-off requests in private messages
Your part
Security is not only the platform's responsibility. Keep your passwords, OTP codes and banking access private, use only verified accounts approved for work, and confirm any unusual request with your manager through the official channel.
In digital payments, protecting access to your accounts matters just as much as completing the transaction itself.
