We already broke down the 0.4% MDR (kicks in Oct 15). Now the Finance Minister has gone on record:

🏦 Customers pay ₹0 — merchants absorb it, like on cards
↔️ P2P transfers — still free, nothing changes
Bottom line for processing: the noise is louder than the change. Merchant collections above ₹2,000 get a small fee; person-to-person rails stay untouched. Business as usual.💪

Sitharaman ne Oct 15 se pehle saare panic ka jawab de diya.
0.4% MDR ka breakdown hum pehle hi de chuke hain (15 Oct se lagu hoga). Ab Finance Minister ne khud record pe bola:
💬 MDR koi tax nahi hai
🏦 Customer ka ₹0 — fee merchant bharta hai, bilkul card ki tarah
↔️ P2P transfers — abhi bhi free, kuch nahi badla
Processing ke liye matlab simple: shor zyada, change kam. Sirf ₹2,000 se upar ke merchant collections pe chhoti fee; person-to-person rails ko koi farak nahi. Business as usual. 💪
