THE TYPE OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DETERMINES YOUR WORKING LIMIT

THE TYPE OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DETERMINES YOUR WORKING LIMIT

Look, most new traders focus on the UPI app: Airtel Payment Bank, Airtel Merchant, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay. But the app is only the interface.
What really matters is which bank account is connected to it. Here are the three types of accounts we work with:

Savings Account
A personal bank account with a regular UPI QR.
Working model:
Volume: up to 150k INR per day.
Available apps: PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, Airtel Merchant and others.
Best suited for testing and smaller transaction flows.
Important rule: don’t keep more than 50k INR on a Savings Account used for processing. This is an operational safety rule, not a universal bank limit. In any case, you must remember that working accounts are only a consumable resource, and you cannot keep a lot of money in one account, because the account can be restricted at any moment, even if the traffic is clean — it’s completely random, like a casino.

Current Account
A business account for an individual entrepreneur or registered business. Instead of a personal QR, you can use an MQR (Merchant QR) through PhonePe Business, Paytm Business, Google Pay for Business or another approved provider.
Working model:
Effective capacity: approximately 600–800k INR per day and more.
Designed for commercial transaction activity.
Better suited to traders who want to work with consistent volumes.
Important rule: don’t keep more than 100k INR on a Current Account used for processing. Actual limits and conditions depend on the bank, business profile and KYC.

Corporate Account
An account for a registered company.
Suitable for larger transaction volumes
Limits depend on the company, bank and account configuration
Requires full corporate documentation and verification
Bro, account type is only one part of the setup. You also need to understand the four main transfer methods:
UPI — payment through QR or UPI ID. Fast and convenient because the beneficiary usually does not need to be added in advance.
IMPS — instant bank transfer using the account holder’s name, account number, IFSC and bank name. Beneficiary activation limits and waiting periods depend on the bank. This method is often better used only for Payouts; you should not accept money through IMPS, as they may send you transfers from abroad and your accounts can get blocked quickly.
NEFT — interbank transfer processed in half-hourly batches, available 24/7. Depending on the bank, it may take around an hour or longer.
RTGS — real-time interbank transfer for amounts starting from 2L INR, available 24/7.
Straight to the point — don’t choose your setup only because you already have a PhonePe or Paytm account.
First check:
What type of bank account is connected?
What limits has the bank assigned?
Is the QR personal or merchant?
Which transfer methods are available?
What volume do you actually want to handle?
The right account, the right method, the right platform — the path to a good business!

Aapke BANK ACCOUNT ka TYPE aapki WORKING LIMIT ko tay karta hai

Dekho, zyadatar naye traders UPI app par focus karte hain: Airtel Payment Bank, Airtel Merchant, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay. Lekin app sirf interface hai.
Asli mein matter karta hai ki uske saath kaunsa bank account connected hai. Yahan teen types ke accounts hain jin ke saath hum kaam karte hain:

Savings Account
Ek personal bank account jisme regular UPI QR hota hai.
Working model:

Volume: 150k INR per day tak.
Available apps: PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, Airtel Merchant aur doosre.
Testing aur chhote transaction flows ke liye best suited hai.

Important rule: processing ke liye use kiye jaane wale Savings Account mein 50k INR se zyada mat rakho. Ye ek operational safety rule hai, universal bank limit nahi hai. Kisi bhi case mein, tumhe yaad rakhna chahiye ki working accounts sirf ek consumable resource hain, aur ek account mein zyada paise nahi rakh sakte, kyunki account kisi bhi waqt restrict ho sakta hai, chahe traffic clean hi kyon na ho — ye bilkul random hai, casino ki tarah.

Current Account
Ek individual entrepreneur ya registered business ke liye business account. Personal QR ki jagah, tum PhonePe Business, Paytm Business, Google Pay for Business ya kisi aur approved provider ke through MQR (Merchant QR) use kar sakte ho.
Working model:

Effective capacity: lagbhag 600–800k INR per day aur usse zyada.
Commercial transaction activity ke liye designed hai.
Un traders ke liye better suited hai jo consistent volumes ke saath kaam karna chahte hain.

Important rule: processing ke liye use kiye jaane wale Current Account mein 100k INR se zyada mat rakho. Actual limits aur conditions bank, business profile aur KYC par depend karti hain.

Corporate Account
Ek registered company ke liye account.

Bade transaction volumes ke liye suitable
Limits company, bank aur account configuration par depend karti hain
Full corporate documentation aur verification required hai

Bro, account type sirf setup ka ek part hai. Tumhe chaar main transfer methods ko bhi samajhna hoga:

UPI — QR ya UPI ID ke through payment. Fast aur convenient hai kyunki beneficiary ko aam taur par pehle se add karne ki zarurat nahi hoti.
IMPS — account holder ke naam, account number, IFSC aur bank name ka use karke instant bank transfer. Beneficiary activation limits aur waiting periods bank par depend karte hain. Ye method aksar sirf Payouts ke liye use karna better hota hai; tumhe IMPS ke through paise accept nahi karne chahiye, kyunki woh tumhe abroad se transfers bhej sakte hain aur tumhare accounts jaldi block ho sakte hain.
NEFT — interbank transfer jo half-hourly batches mein process hota hai, 24/7 available hai. Bank ke hisaab se ismein lagbhag ek ghanta ya usse zyada waqt lag sakta hai.
RTGS — real-time interbank transfer, 2L INR se shuru hone wali amounts ke liye, 24/7 available hai.

Seedhi baat — apna setup sirf isliye mat choose karo kyunki tumhare paas pehle se PhonePe ya Paytm account hai.
Sabse pehle check karo:

Kaunsa type ka bank account connected hai?
Bank ne kya limits assign ki hain?
QR personal hai ya merchant?
Kaunse transfer methods available hain?
Tum actual mein kitna volume handle karna chahte ho?

Sahi account, sahi method, sahi platform — ek achhe business ka raasta!
