✅ UTR verified
Find the UTR or transaction reference directly in your own banking records. Never rely only on a reference number sent by another person.
✅ Payment time checked
Make sure the payment time matches the active transaction. An old payment cannot be used to confirm a new order.
✅ Order matched
Check that the platform Order ID, amount, payment method and transaction status all refer to the same payment.

✍️ Confirm the transaction only after the payment has been fully verified.
